3 Warships from the Russian Black Sea fleet have sailed down through the Bosphorus on their way to the east Mediterranean Sea. Russia has said the ship movement is a routine deployment however it comes at a time when tensions over a potential US strike on Syria, due to an alleged chemical weapons attack, are ramping up. Russia opposes a US strike.
